Wellbeing & Recreation Program

 

 

We offer supports, delivered in a group setting or 1:1, that remain true to our self-determination model, providing a range of activities aimed at promoting wellbeing. Operating daily, these supports provide our participants with hands-on learning opportunities to work towards achievement of their identified goals; while encouraging creativity, positive self-esteem and building confidence.

 

The Wellbeing and Recreation Program is fun, supportive and goal focused, with a variety of activities offered each day. Activities will be guided by participants preference and will include regular outings to the community. Examples of activities which may be included: sport, art, music, lunch at a cafe, or completing a local walk.

Weekdays (Monday-Friday) - 9:00am - 3:00pm

 

Duration: 4 x 10 Week Programs.

Block 1 - 3 February to 11 April 2025

Block 2 - 28 April to 4 July 2025

Block 3 - 21 July to 26 September 2025

Block 4 - 13 October to 17 December 2025
