At NextPath Continuous Learning, we take a holistic approach to supporting our participants, offering a range of additional supports tailored to individual needs.
By integrating these supports into our programs, we ensure a well-rounded, person-centered experience that empowers participants to achieve their self-determined goals in a meaningful and sustainable way.
Transport Services
Transport to and from a participants residence to NextPath is available and calculated per individual circumstances.
Due to the bespoke nature of our transport services, individual quotes for 2025 transport will be provided upon request. Please speak to us about your Transport needs and how we can assist.
Please note: Numbers are limited for our transport services, and therefore we may not be able to accommodate all transport requests.
1:1 Support in group or individual settings
1:1 support is available when accessing group services if required. 1:1 support to target individual goals is also available upon request.
Individual quotes for 2025 1:1 services will be provided upon request. Requests for these services can be discussed with your Goal Facilitator.
Please speak to us about your 1:1 support needs and how we can best support these needs to achieve your self-determined goals.
If you require a therapy assessment or ongoing therapy support, this can be accessed throughout your day at NextPath Continuous Learning.
NextPath Assessment & Therapy provide:
- Physiotherapy, and
- Allied Health supports.
Please speak to your Goal Facilitator for referral to these supports, or speak with us to determine how we can best accommodate these supports into your program at NextPath Continuous Learning.
