The provision of supports for participants in the NDIS is subject to regulation by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission through the provisions of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. All NextPath services are priced in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (2021-2022).
